On December 20th and 21st, three of us from Testing Circle took some of the kids from our chosen Charity, Shooting Star Chase, to see Rihanna at the O2!  AEG Worldwide very kindly donated a box suite for both nights so the kids could really have that VIP experience.

Everyone loved Calvin Harris (Rihanna’s support act), but of course the crowd went wild when Rihanna came on stage!  There was junk food galore, with burgers, pizzas, hot dogs and chips - the kids all had such an amazing night; and the gift bags that we gave them were filled with presents kindly donated by PhotoBox, tastecard and a private sponsor.

Shooting Star Chase is an amazing Charity based in Guildford, Surrey; that provides huge amounts of love and support to life-limited children and their friends and family.  It costs that £23,000 a day to run their two hospices; and less than 7% of that is funded by the government.  As well as raising money, Testing Circle wanted to take some of the teenagers out for a ‘night on the town’ and the O2-trip was born!

Thank you once again to all the people who made these two evenings happen - it was an amazing Christmas present for the kids who came (and the carers too!) and they, along with us, will certainly remember it for a very long time.

We are all really excited to take 22 of the teenagers from the incredible charity Shooting Star Chase #SSCHospices to see Rihanna in a box suite at the O2 Arena, next week!  Shooting Star Chase is a phenomenal charity that provides love and support to children who won’t reach their 19th Birthdays, and their friends and families.  They have two hospices based in Guildford and Hampton which cost them a staggering £23,000 a day to maintain with only 7% of that funding coming from the government.  The kids are so excited for their ‘VIP night out’ as are the staff from both hospices...we are so honoured to be able to do this for them, but none of it would be possible without AEG Worldwide who have generously donated their corporate suite for two nights!  If you would like to donate to this extraordinary cause, please visit the page on our site and click ‘Donate’!
