How Do We Collect Information About You and How Is It Used?

Except to the extent Testing Circle are required or permitted by law, personal information provided by you to Testing Circle will be used for the purposes connected with marketing of our services.
We may use personal information collected about you to let you know about functionality changes to our web site or changes to our terms and conditions of use.
When you register with Testing Circle you may elect to have sent to your email address information about jobs or other Testing Circle services. The information you provide when registering is stored on Testing Circle' internal system and is accessed and used by Testing Circle' staff

Updating your registration information
You can update the registration information you have provided to us by completing the register CV section of the web site. If you up-date your information, the new information will replace the old registration information we have stored on Testing Circle' internal system. However, if you have previously submitted a curriculum vitae (CV), you should resubmit an up-dated CV as well as updating your registration information on Testing Circle' web site as Testing Circle may not check that the information you entered on the web site and the information in your CV are consistent. Note that Testing Circle may implement a system that allows us to check that changes to your registration information on Testing Circle' web-site are reflected in the other information Testing Circle may keep in the records discussed under the heading 'Curriculum Vitae' below. By registering with Testing Circle, you agree to this possible use of your registration information.

We would appreciate it if you would update your registration details and CV whenever your details change. We are reliant on you supplying us with a factually accurate and complete picture of you, your experience and requirements.

Curriculum Vitae
The Testing Circle web site allows you to submit your CV to Testing Circle either with your Registration details or directly by email to an Testing Circle consultant in response to a particular job offered on the site. Your CV will be stored on Testing Circle' internal computer system.

Once Testing Circle has obtained your CV, Testing Circle will enter summaries of the information contained in your CV to create a record about you on our internal computer system. Testing Circle may add to the information obtained from your CV with written or verbal information taken directly from you. The only information that will be added to the record about you on Testing Circle' internal computer system will be information which is considered necessary or helpful and is intended to assist in the recruitment process.

Testing Circle will not send your CV to organisations with vacancies for which you may be appropriate without your express consent. However, Testing Circle may send a profile of your skills and experience to select organisations. The profile would be created from your CV and other written or verbal information you have provided, but would not have any identifying information about you such as your name, contact details or the names of your previous employers.

Your access to the information stored by us
You have the right to request a copy of the information held by us about you in our records in return for the payment of a small fee. If the data we have is inaccurate, you may have such data corrected or erased.

This policy is not contractual but is a statement of the current Testing Circle policy. Testing Circle reserves the right to amend the policy as necessary to meet any change in requirements.
