Trainee Recruiters
Location: Richmond upon Thames
Salary: Competitive Basic Salary + Excellent Commission Plan


Testing Circle have opportunities for trainee recruiters, with entry level experience in a sales environment, telesales or as a resourcer.We are looking for ambitious people who are genuinely excited by the prospect of developing their career within IT recruitment and the lucrative commissions and rewards that a successful career in recruitment can bring.

Day to day you will be responsible for developing relationships with candidates over the phone, networking and gathering referrals to uncover the best IT talent. Testing Circle will provide on the job training which will provide you with the key resourcing techniques in managing the interview process and securing succesful placements to estabilish yourself as a successful recruitment consultant.

Testing Circle's Head Office is based in Richmond Upon Thames, one of London’s most attractive and picturesque boroughs, which for hundreds of years has been a favourite retreat of the rich and the famous including Mick Jagger, Lawrence Dallaglio and Richard Attenborough.

Richmond lies 15 miles southwest of central London which is far enough to be away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to jump on a fast train from London Waterloo, which will get you to the offices in 15 minutes.

Richmond itself has a great variety of restaurants, wine bars and cafés, allowing our hard working team to relax by the river or on Richmond Green (which is London’s largest town centre open space).  Testing Circle have dedicated parking spaces next to our modern building, and is also about a five minute walk from Richmond train station - so whatever your mode of transportation, we are in the perfect location.
